Covered states

The initial comparison covers Massachusetts, Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. The original DraftKings, Caesars and Fanatics entries appear on these states’ public operator lists as checked on September 10, 2026. Other states are outside this edition’s verified coverage.

Massachusetts legal entities

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission identifies DraftKings as Crown MA Gaming, LLC; Caesars Sportsbook as American Wagering, Inc.; and Fanatics as FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC. These are Massachusetts references, not nationwide licensee names.

License number: the linked public operator directory does not display a numeric license identifier for these entries. We provide the regulator’s source record rather than invent a number. Consult the regulator’s licensing documents for the authoritative authorization details.

Michigan operator relationships

Michigan’s register associates DraftKings with Bay Mills Indian Community; Caesars with Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians; and Fanatics with Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. The register distinguishes operators from platform providers.
